Deliver superior AI by editing for organisational machine-readability
Where most businesses want to get AI working for them competitively, to deliver an advantage, built on clean, robust data, if they don’t start with a strategy to discover, mine and capture what matters most, they may simply never get there.
The problem for nearly all organisations in arriving at superior, dynamic AI execution is that their most valuable organisational knowledge is most likely neither structured nor machine-readable. Even its existence may be out of awareness.
Yet, most also want to know how progressively to extract greater strategic value from their tacit collective intelligence – that is, if they’ve ever even recognised this as being an accessible resource that can be explored, secured, refined and fashioned for the future.
I want to solve the problem of meeting these challenges simultaneously, using a single common-sense editorial solution with which I can demonstrate long-standing professional familiarity, and whose efficacy has been proven in use daily over generations around the world, and which can be taught and implemented within almost any enterprise.
My chosen challenge is to identify and report back to business leaders on what their teams know, such that they can learn to fashion the rich seam of insight and imagination that lies underused in their businesses to optimise the future of their business around the best of what exists.
By feeding their engines daily with consistent, clean, living data – the critical fuel of future organisational advantage – they can underpin the most important investment of the age: meeting the increasing competitive challenge of AI.
If your data isn’t clean, your AI won’t be optimal.
Let’s fix the foundations before you build on them.
